Refund policy
At Da-Marien, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully.
Returns
We accept returns only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used grooming products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Items purchased during clearance sales
Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Replacement
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
